Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Is a gentle massage technique that helps move lymph fluid through the lymphatic system. It uses light, rhythmic strokes and pressure to encourage the lymphatic system to filter out toxins, waste products, and excess fluids from the body. This process can reduce swelling, improve circulation, and boost the immune system.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Pregnancy Massage

Add-On's

Paraffin Wax - Warm (not hot) melted wax is applied to the skin—usually by dipping your hands or feet several times to build up layers. Then:

• The area is wrapped in plastic and towels

• Heat is trapped for about 10–20 minutes

• The wax is peeled off, taking dry skin with it

CUPPING is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Not Advisable for a Prenatal Massage. $20

AROMATHERAPY is a specific type of therapy that incorporates the use of scented essential oils into a massage. The massage involves alternating between gentle (Swedish Massage) and harder pressure (Deep Massage) while using a specific blend of essential oils. $20
